Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Uploaded files (LinkedIn profile PDF or image, optional CV, optional profile photo & banner image). These are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and are not stored on our servers.
- Questionnaire answers (8 short text answers about your target role and situation). Stored in our Redis database for 7 days, then auto-deleted.
- IP address — used only to enforce the daily rate limit. Stored in Redis for 24 hours under a daily counter key, then auto-deleted.
- Usage timestamps — when each analysis ran. Retained with the questionnaire answers for the same 7-day window.
What we do NOT store
- The actual PDF or image files you upload.
- The Claude analysis output (the audit report itself).
- Your name, email, or any account details — LINKY has no signup.
Third parties
- Anthropic — processes your uploaded profile and answers via the Claude API to generate the audit. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Upstash — hosts the Redis database that stores questionnaire answers and rate-limit counters. Our database region is in the EU.
- Vercel — hosts the website and serverless functions, and produces server logs (request URL, status code, IP, timestamps). See Vercel's privacy policy.
Data retention
Session data (your questionnaire answers + timestamp) is kept for 7 days and then auto-deleted by the database's TTL. The daily rate-limit counter (an IP and a count) expires after 24 hours. Uploaded files and Claude's output are never stored — they exist only in memory during the request.
